Refund Policy

Introduction:

This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs all subscriptions and payments made for services provided by Upsurge ("we", "us", "our"), including our brand Marketwatch by Upsurge. We are committed to transparency with our users. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and while our goal is to provide seamless service, we understand that certain circumstances may warrant a refund. Please review our policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

7-Day Free Trial:

Marketwatch by Upsurge offers a comprehensive 7-day free trial for our services. This trial period is provided to allow you to fully evaluate our product and determine if it meets your needs before committing to a paid subscription.

No Refund Policy:

Due to the provision of a 7 days free trial that allows for a complete evaluation of our services, Upsurge has a strict "No Refund" policy. Once a subscription fee (whether monthly or annually or of any other duration) is paid, it is non-refundable. All sales are final. Your subscription is non-refundable and will continue to renew automatically according to the plan chosen by you until cancelled.

Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds:

While our standard policy is no refunds, we may consider providing a refund in rare and exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion. Such circumstances include:

  • A documented, prolonged technical failure originating from our systems that prevents you from accessing the core service for a significant portion of your billing cycle.
  • A billing error made by our payment system.
  • Errors or issues deemed significant by Upsurge at its discretion.

In these specific, verified cases, any refund amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the service. All decisions made by Upsurge regarding exceptional refunds are final and cannot be appealed.

How to Request a Refund (If Applicable):
  • Submit a detailed refund request within 7 days of purchase.
  • Email support@upsurge.club with the purchase details and any relevant documentation.
Processing Refund Requests:

Each refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds, if any, will be processed within 5-7 working days and the amount will be credited to the customer during this period. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds may take 15-30 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Policy Violations:

Refunds will not be issued for users found violating Upsurge's terms or policies.
